Having been the recipient of some of the UKs best music education and mentorship, Xhosa has gone on to become a passionate educator himself. Following in the footsteps of some of his closest mentors including: Mike Williams, Percy Purseglove, Jean Toussaint, Lekan Babalola, John Ruddick, Sid Peacock and David Austin Grey; Xhosa actively engages in many different forms and formats of education work.
Xhosa has experience delivering workshops to students of all ages and ability levels. He has worked at dozens of Primary and Secondary schools in and around Birmingham for the Music service, Town Hall Symphony Hall and National Youth Jazz Orchestra; held a weeks worth of masterclasses for the Jazz students at the Royal Welsh College or Music and Drama as well as regularly been lead tutor for the Jazzlines Ensemble in Birmingham.
